You have 14 days from the day the parcel lands at your door to decide. Change of heart, wrong size, your pup looked at it and said non - send it back, no questions asked.
What we ask
That it comes home like it left - unworn, with tags on, in its original little condition. We adore mud - just not on returns ✿
Who pays for the return
- item is faulty or damaged
- we sent the wrong size, colour, or product
- parcel arrived broken in transit
- you simply changed your mind
- picked the wrong size despite the size chart
- anything else where the item came as described

How it works
Hit "Start your return" up top and pop in the email from your order.
Confirm with the code we email you, then tick what's coming back.
Pick how to send it - paczkomat, courier, or drop-off - and cover the return label.
Send it our way.
Money's back on your card within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Tap Report a problem below - or email contact@malpetit.com - with your order number and a photo.
We reply within 14 days with a prepaid label - this one's on us.
Once it's back and checked, you get a full refund, shipping both ways included.

- Undamaged, complete sets
What we can't
- Personalised items (monograms, custom sizes)
- Opened hygiene products
- Items with traces of wear, washing, or stains
About exchanges
We keep things simple - no exchanges. Need a different size? Send the original back, place a new order. Usually faster, always cleaner.
