A studio in a yellow building.
Twelve makers, one cat, a dachshund named Bruno. We started Malpetit in 2024 because every coat we tried on our own dogs was either ugly or itched. So we sewed our own.

Each coat takes 2 hours. Each toy, twenty minutes. We're not in a hurry.

Year-one repairs are free. After that, fifteen euros and a stamp.

THE FOUNDERS
Mila, Pestka, and a dachshund named Bruno.
Mila trained as a tailor in Łódź. Pestka is the cat. Bruno is the quality control. Together they sew, photograph, ship, and keep the kettle going.
