You order. We pack. The carrier carries. Your dog gets the box.

We currently ship within Poland. Rest of EU is coming - join our newsletter to know when.

How fast

Orders placed Monday-Friday before noon are usually dispatched the same day. Evenings and weekends - next working day. Maximum 3 working days from your order to the carrier's hands.

Then delivery is 1-5 working days, depending on the carrier you pick.

Your options at checkout

All prices include VAT. You choose at checkout - we don't lock you into one carrier.

Tracking

1. You get an email with the tracking link the moment the parcel leaves us.

2. Within 3 working days, if you haven't received tracking - DM us on Instagram @malpetit.co or email contact@malpetit.com.

3. Follow the link, watch the parcel travel. Dogs find this less exciting than humans.

When it doesn't arrive

Sometimes carriers lose things. If your parcel hasn't shown up by the expected day, DM us on Instagram @malpetit.co or email contact@malpetit.com with your order number. We chase the carrier for up to 14 days. If the parcel is confirmed lost - full refund or replacement, your choice.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the parcel before signing. If you see damage to the packaging - sign with a "z zastrzeżeniem" remark or refuse acceptance. Photograph the damage and message us on Instagram @malpetit.co (or contact@malpetit.com) within 48 hours.

Wrong address?

It happens. The carrier sends the parcel back to us. We'll write you to arrange re-delivery - second shipment is on you.
