Sometimes things don't fit. It's no fuss - we'll sort it out.
You have 14 days from the day the parcel lands at your door to decide. Change of heart, wrong size, your pup looked at it and said non - send it back, no questions asked.
What we ask
That it comes home like it left - unworn, with tags on, in its original little condition. We adore mud - just not on returns ✿
Who pays for the return
- item is faulty or damaged
- we sent the wrong size, colour, or product
- parcel arrived broken in transit
- you simply changed your mind
- picked the wrong size despite the size chart
- anything else where the item came as described
Either way - just write us, and we'll send what you need.
How it works
Write us within 14 days with your order number and what's coming back.
We reply in 1–2 working days - with a return label if it's on us, or with our address if it's on you.
Pack the item in its original wrapping, with tags on, unworn.
Send the parcel back.
Money lands on your card within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.

- Undamaged, complete sets
What we can't
- Personalised items (monograms, custom sizes)
- Opened hygiene products
- Items with traces of wear, washing, or stains
About exchanges
We keep things simple - no exchanges. Need a different size? Send the original back, place a new order. Usually faster, always cleaner.
